And then how do we define hypnobirthing as having "worked", how do we measure it? I think firstly its to look at the goal of hypnobirthing. Why are you doing hypnobirthing? What parents said after my class...

I wanted to share some amazing feedback I got recently. I always ask for feedback good or bad (I can take it!). Its the only way to make sure classes provide parents with what they want and need. Here's the testimonials from some recent group classes: "Thank you so much for the plan and for everything really, you are an amazing woman and we feel very lucky to had met you first before the official antenatal classes from the hospital to have a base on what to believe and what

When you just want someone to say something positive about labour....

This article was written for www.herfamily.ie and may have been edited for their site http://www.herfamily.ie/pregnancy/why-i-launched-the-positive-birth-movement/238119 As soon as your bump pops out, you become a shinning beacon for the worst, most toe-curling, terrifying birth stories ever heard. I remember being pregnant with my first baby, just past the 20 weeks mark and being completely delighted with life. I went for a coffee with someone I really love and respect. Sh
