Empowering mums is the main goal of my prenatal yoga classes with the added benefit of stretching, toning and loosening those tired achey bits.
Each class will give you an opportunity to practice breathing for birth, various yoga postures for increasing strength and stamina, postures to improve and help your birth along and different ways to relax. Lots of tips and advice from a hypnobirthing mum of 3!
Each class is an hour long - everything supplied, just wear something comfy!
